How Long before my package is shipped?
After your payment has been made your package will ship out the following business day. Please note: we do not have weekend hours, so any order that is paid for on a Friday will not ship out until Monday (the next business day after Friday).
Does my package come with tracking?
All packages are sent via USPS Priority mail and come with full tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated tracking email that will allow you to track the progress of your package. Once your package has been delivered to the posted address, you will receive an automated delivery confirmation email informing you of when and where your package was delivered.
What if I need to add special delivery instructions?
After your package has been shipped you can use the provided tracking number to log into USPS.com and select special delivery options to apply to your package. Here is a link to the “visual instructions” on how to set it up on USPS.com
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We use USPS, so we can ship to any PO Box including those at your local post office.
Can you ship my package overnight?
We no longer use Express shipping methods, due to the current current state of the shipping sector. USPS no longer guarantees a 1 day shipment and will not consider a package late until the third business day. This has caused a lot of issues with customers paying a high shipping cost without a guarantee that it will indeed arrive in a timely fashion.
How long after I make my payment before it is processed?
Payment processing is usually done early in the mornings between 5 and 9am CST. If you made a payment after 9am CST it will not be processed until the following morning before orders are moved on to the shipping department.
I just placed an order and it says it’s “on Hold”, what does that mean?
We have three order status indicators, on hold, processing, and completed. If your order is in the “on hold” status, then your order is still awaiting payment verification. If your order is in the “processing” Status, then we have verified your payment and it is ready to move on to the shipping department. If your order is in the “completed” status, then your order has already been packed and is shipping/shipped out.
How do I start earning reward points?
You must first open a user account on our site to qualify for the loyalty reward program. You can then view your accumulated reward points from your account dashboard.
How do I spend my reward points?
You have the option on the checkout page to apply your reward points for a discount on that order, you have the ability to use a particular amount of points or all of them at once.
What is the conversion rate for reward points?
You earn 1 point for every dollar you have spent in our store with a 5% conversion rate. So just holding an account gives you a 5% discount on future purchases.
How long do my reward points last?
Your reward points never expire. You can save them up for as long as you like and there is no maximum amount of points that you can accumulate.
What is Zelle Pay?
Zelle is an easy way to send money directly between almost any U.S. bank accounts typically within minutes. You can find all the information on how to sign up and use the Zelle service by using this link “Getting Started with Zelle”
Is there anything needed to be included with my Zelle payment?
When you submit the payment from their app or your banking app, there is a comments/notes section, this is where you will put in your order number that you received on your order confirmation if you chose Zelle as the payment option.
Zelle says that your company cannot accept debit card payments, what’s that about?
Since we have a corporate bank account, Zelle doesn’t allow debit card accounts to make payments to a business anymore, this is an improved security feature that ensures that the person submitting the payment via Zelle has full control of the bank account it is coming from, which reduces the risk of fraudulent account use since Zelle is a non-reversible payment. It is easy to change your account from your debit card to your bank account, the money still comes from the same place but has enhanced security, this is how to do it from the Zelle site:
If you’re using the Zelle app, you can easily change your account directly within the app!
To switch your account:
- Tap the gear icon in the top left corner of your mobile screen
- Tap Account
- Tap Switch Accounts
- Next, you’ll be prompted to unlink your current account and add a new account. Keep in mind that by switching your account, you will lose all Zelle transaction history associated with your old account.

What Cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin(BTC), Cardano(ADA), Litecoin(LTC), Bitcoin Cash(BCH), Ethereum(ETH), Zcash(ZEC), Ripple(XRP), and USDC.
Where do I send the payment to?
Our system assigns a different wallet address to every order to ensure that the payment stays attached to the order, this wallet address along with the amount of your selected currency can be found on your order confirmation if you selected a cryptocurrency as your payment option.
Do I need to email you guys the transaction ID?
Since our system assigns a different wallet address to your orders, there is no need to include a verification from your end as we will see the payment in the wallet assigned to your particular order.
